Building Empathy in Life

When you can truly empathize with another human, your body releases extra energy to give you the strength to help them. If you are forced to help someone you have not empathized with your body will produce a fight or flight response. You will feel drained and resentful after providing help.

Use this simple brain training exercise to track and build your empathy, and increase the chemical capacity your brain has to help people.

If you are interested in taking your Brain Training skills to the next level and helping others live better, take a look at our Train the Trainer Bootcamp program here https://injurypreventionsystems.com/bootcamp/ This certification is free for everyone working in Non-Profits, Healthcare, EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement.
