Caffeine Timing for Performance

If you choose to consume caffeine through coffee, tea, cola, or energy
drinks it is important to time this correctly.

Example: A cup of coffee two hours before a meeting will leave you with a steep crash when you need capacity the most. The same cup of coffee only 30 minutes before will provide mental clarity and focus for the entire meeting.
